These terms govern your use of OscarVPN. By purchasing a subscription or using the free trial, you agree to them.
1. The service
OscarVPN provides virtual private network (VPN) access: encrypted tunnels (WireGuard and OpenVPN) to servers we make available across multiple countries. Service is provided per subscription term (free trial, monthly, or multi-month plans) and is activated automatically after payment.
2. Accounts and credentials
Your VPN username and password are generated for you at purchase and delivered through your account page and our Telegram bot. You are responsible for keeping these credentials private. A subscription covers your own personal devices; sharing credentials publicly or reselling access is not permitted.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, including unauthorized access to systems, distribution of malware, fraud, or the sending of unsolicited bulk messages. We may suspend accounts engaged in clearly abusive activity that threatens the network or other users.
4. Payments and renewals
Payments are processed by CardLink, a third-party payment gateway; we never receive or store your card details. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — renewal is always an explicit purchase. Prices are listed in USD unless shown otherwise at checkout.
5. Refunds
Paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee, described in detail in our Refund Policy. The free trial requires no payment.
6. Service availability and disclaimer
We work to keep the service fast and available, but VPN connectivity depends on networks beyond our control and is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new 'last updated' date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
