Every paid OscarVPN plan is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Here's exactly how it works.
1. The 30-day guarantee
If you're not satisfied with OscarVPN for any reason, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full amount you paid. This applies to all paid plans (monthly and multi-month).
2. How to request a refund
Contact us via Telegram support or email info@oscarvpn.com from the email you used at checkout, and include your order reference (shown on the success page and in your account). We process refund requests within a few business days.
3. How you get the money back
Card and wallet payments are refunded to the original payment method through our payment gateway. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the same cryptocurrency to an address you provide, at the amount originally received.
4. Free trial
The 1-day free trial requires no payment, so nothing needs refunding — and it never converts into a charge automatically.
5. Repeat purchases
The guarantee is intended to let you evaluate the service risk-free. Repeated purchase-and-refund cycles by the same customer may be declined.
